Chris has held CEO roles in hospitals and health services, and in legal and accounting/financial professional services. He has held numerous past and current chairman and board member roles in the corporate and philanthropic sectors, including BioGrid Australia Ltd, Global Variome Ltd, Telediagnostics Ltd, Australian Community Foundation and Philanthropy Australia. In 2019 he was awarded an Order of Australia (AM) for his contribution to medical research organisations, including international genetics and informatics governance and management.
Chris has also held consulting and advisory roles to medium sized businesses across health, media, property development, genetics, informatics, law, accounting and financial services and governance. He has held Board member and Chair positions in both not for profit and for profit organisations.
As a graduate of the Williamson Leadership Program, Chris enjoys a substantial network.
Chris is extremely organised and goal oriented with a focus on effective communication at all levels.
Chris prefers to work with organisations and on projects where believes he can make a difference working through effective relationships with boards and senior management. Chris prefers to stay to implement and embed solutions, rather than advise from the sidelines and then move on to another project.
